1. What mAISpace is

mAISpace is a personal product journal and social platform: you save products you own or love, organize them publicly or privately, share them with family groups and followers, and — as the platform grows — earn a share of affiliate commissions generated through your shared links.

2. Your account

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. One account per person; you must be at least 13 years old.

3. Your content

You own what you post (product entries, photos, comments). By posting publicly or to a family group you grant mAISpace a license to display that content to the audiences you chose. Don't post content that is illegal, infringing, deceptive, or abusive — we may remove content or suspend accounts that break this rule.

4. Earnings & affiliate links

When affiliate payouts launch, commission splits, eligibility, and payout thresholds will be described on the mAIWallet page and may change as programs and retailer terms change. Earnings accrue only for genuine purchases through valid links; fraud or self-dealing voids earnings.

5. Product information

Product details, prices, and identifications (including AI-assisted lookups) are best-effort and provided “as is” — always verify details before making purchase decisions.

6. Termination

You can delete your account at any time from mAIAccount (immediate and irreversible). We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

7. Disclaimers

mAISpace is provided “as is” without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, mAISpace is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

8. Changes

We may update these terms as the platform evolves; material changes will be announced in-app. Continuing to use mAISpace after changes means you accept them.
