Terms of Service

1. What mAISpace is

mAISpace is a private space for families and friends: circles for the people who matter, with shared trips, events, birthdays, wishlists, messages, and the things you each swear by, kept publicly or privately as you choose.

2. Your account

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. One account per person; you must be at least 13 years old.

3. Your content

You own what you post (product entries, photos, comments). By posting publicly or to a family group you grant mAISpace a license to display that content to the audiences you chose. Don't post content that is illegal, infringing, deceptive, or abusive — we may remove content or suspend accounts that break this rule.

4. mAIWallet & mAIDeals

mAIWallet shows an activity balance for your account and mAIDeals surfaces price information on products your circles have saved. Both are informational features of the app. They are not an affiliate, referral, or marketing program, and mAISpace does not pay members for purchases. Prices and offers are best-effort and may change without notice.

5. mAICash rewards

mAICash is a loyalty and rewards balance — not a cryptocurrency, security, investment, or legal tender. It cannot be bought, sold, or transferred between members, and it carries no cash value until (and unless) we launch a redemption program.

The mAICash figure shown in mAIWallet is an estimate calculated from your activity using current, published rates. It is not a promise of a payout or an entitlement to any specific amount. Reward rates, eligibility rules, redemption terms, and the launch date itself may change at any time, and we may adjust or reverse balances gained through fraud, automation, duplicate accounts, or self-dealing. mAICash is not awarded for clicking advertising or outbound links.

6. Advertising

mAISpace shows third-party advertising, including Google AdSense. Advertisers' claims are their own; we don't endorse advertised products. See our Privacy Policy for how advertising cookies work and how to opt out.

7. Product information

Product details, prices, and identifications (including AI-assisted lookups) are best-effort and provided “as is” — always verify details before making purchase decisions.

8. Text message terms (mAISpace Circle Notifications)

The mAISpace Circle Notifications program is operated by Personal Evolution LLC. By verifying a phone number on your account page and turning on Text notifications, you agree to receive transactional SMS messages about your circles, such as invitations, new followers, and additions to spaces you share. No marketing messages are sent. Consent is not a condition of purchase or of using the service.

Message frequency varies with activity in your circles. Message and data rates may apply. Text STOP to cancel at any time; you will receive one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed. Text HELP for help, or contact support at support@maispace.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. 9. Termination

You can delete your account at any time from mAIAccount (immediate and irreversible). We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

10. Disclaimers

mAISpace is provided “as is” without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, mAISpace is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

11. Changes

We may update these terms as the platform evolves; material changes will be announced in-app. Continuing to use mAISpace after changes means you accept them.
