mAISpace is a private space for families and friends: circles for the people who matter, where you share photos, stories, plans, trips, events, birthdays and messages, and keep your family's story for the generations after you. mAISpace is run by Personal Evolution LLC and is available on the web and as an app for iPhone and Android.
You must provide accurate information and keep your phone, email and password secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. One account per person. You must be at least 13 years old to use mAISpace; accounts we learn belong to anyone younger are removed.
You own what you post — photos, videos, voice recordings, stories, letters, comments and messages. By posting you give mAISpace a license to store it and show it to the people you chose (a circle, named people, or only you), and to keep it as you asked after you leave (see your account's leave and delete choices). We don't sell your content or use it for advertising.
mAISpace has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. Do not post or send anything that is illegal, sexually explicit, hateful, harassing, threatening, violent, or that invades someone's privacy, and do not impersonate anyone. Any sexual content involving a minor, or anything that exploits or endangers a child, is forbidden; see our child safety standards.
Report and block: every post, photo, message and profile has a Report option, and you can block anyone so they can no longer reach you. We review reports within 24 hours, remove content that breaks these rules, and suspend or remove the accounts that posted it. Child-safety violations are reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children and to law enforcement.
mAISpace shows no third-party advertising and carries no affiliate, referral, or marketing links. We do not pay members for purchases and are not paid when members buy anything.
mAIa, the in-app helper, is powered by Claude, made by Anthropic. It only runs when you use it and after you agree to it, and its answers can be wrong — check anything important. Details of what is sent are in our Privacy Policy.
The mAISpace Circle Notifications program is operated by Personal Evolution LLC. By verifying a phone number on your account page and turning on Text notifications, you agree to receive transactional SMS messages about your circles, such as invitations, new followers, and additions to spaces you share. No marketing messages are sent. Consent is not a condition of purchase or of using the service.
Message frequency varies with activity in your circles. Message and data rates may apply. Text STOP to cancel at any time; you will receive one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed. Text HELP for help, or contact support at support@maispace.net. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You can delete your account at any time from mAIAccount — you choose whether your words stay with your circles or everything is erased; see how deleting works. We may suspend or remove accounts that break these terms.
mAISpace is provided “as is” without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, mAISpace is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
We may update these terms as the platform evolves; material changes will be announced in-app. Continuing to use mAISpace after changes means you accept them.
