1. Program name and description
The mAISpace Circle Notifications program is operated by Personal Evolution LLC, doing business as mAISpace (maispace.net). Members who opt in receive transactional SMS text messages about activity in their family and friends circles: an invitation to join a circle, a new follower, and items a member adds to a space they share. This program does not send marketing or promotional messages.
2. How to opt in
You opt in on the web by entering your mobile number on your mAISpace account page, tapping Verify, and confirming the one-time code we text you. Text notifications are off by default and are only enabled after you complete this verification. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services or of using mAISpace.
3. Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on activity in your circles. A typical member receives a few messages per month; an active circle may generate more.
4. Cost
Message and data rates may apply. mAISpace does not charge for text notifications, but your mobile carrier's standard messaging and data charges apply.
5. How to opt out
Text STOP to cancel at any time. After you send STOP, we will send you one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will receive no further messages from this program. You can also switch off Text notifications on your mAISpace account page. To opt back in, text START or re-enable texts on your account page.

7. Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers include major U.S. carriers such as AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and their affiliates; availability may vary.
8. Privacy
Your phone number is used only to verify it is yours and to deliver the messages you opted into. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
