Common questions
How do I sign in with my phone number?
On the sign-in page, enter your mobile number. We text you a short code; type it in and you are in. No password to remember. You can also sign in with your email instead.
How do I invite my family?
Open your mAIFamily (or a friends circle) and tap Share an invite link. Send the link by text or any app you like. Whoever opens it can join your circle.
How do I leave a circle?
Open the circle and scroll to the end of its members. Tap Leave and confirm. What you added stays with the circle, your private things stay yours, and you can be invited back later.
How do I delete my account?
Go to mAIAccount, open Advanced and tap Delete account. You choose whether what you wrote stays with your circles or is erased. See every step and what is kept.
Can I get a copy of my data?
Yes. Go to mAIAccount and, under Sign-in, data & email, tap Download next to Download my data. You get one file with everything you wrote.
How do I report something?
Tap the flag (Report) on the post, comment or message and pick a reason. You can also email support@maispace.net with what happened and where. We take every report seriously.
Child safety
We do not allow anything that harms or exploits a child. If you see something, report it with the Child safety reason or email us with the subject “Child safety”. Read our child safety standards.
